Galloway, N.J. – Jump into a story that explores the 72-year struggle that resulted in half of the
United States of America finally receiving their right to vote at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday,
March 10, at 鶹ýվ’s Performing Arts Center.
Through the eyes of a young girl caught in the midst of the burgeoning suffragette
movement and her prominent family that opposes it, this dynamic solo performance,
presented by Living Voices, aims to make history an accessible narrative for new learners
through the use of archival film.
The mission of Living Voices is to bring history to life through original multimedia
productions, combining live theatre with archival film to represent diverse, underrepresented
perspectives from the past that resonate today.
