Back on the Air After Nearly a Year

 

Webcasting Enabled WLFR To Garner Nationwide Following

Galloway Twp., NJ WLFR, official longtime radio station of The Richard Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ College of New Jersey, is back on the airwaves as of today, Thursday, April 7, 2005.

 

WLFR comes back to 91.7 FM after being off the air since 2004, when construction forced the stations tower to be dismantled. They turned to web-casting via the internet. The station will now broadcast from a temporary tower until the permanent one is constructed.

The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ station has been filling the airwaves with quality programming for decades, and features various music and talk programs, as well as coverage of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Ospreys Sports events.

During its year web-casting, the station picked up a solid following nationwide and will therefore continue to broadcast online as well at .
