Spring Dance Concert highlights the gifted artists of the 鶹ýվ Dance community, presenting dances from notable choreographers that challenge these maturing performers. Featuring a new work from Mark Caserta of BigKid Dance and the work of Chandra Moss-Thorne, a former faculty member of 鶹ýվ Dance and senior lecturer at Swarthmore College. These internationally recognized artists join resident choreographers Beau Hancock, Caitlin Quinn Pittenger, and Lauren Putty White, whose eclectic, imaginative choreography dependably delights. This diverse program promises to be a moving evening.

During WWII, Atlantic City, New Jersey became an essential part of the war effort, earning it the nickname “Camp Boardwalk.”

Learn from curator, Dr. Patricia Chappine, during guided tours on March 4 (12:30-1:30 pm), March 19 (1-2 pm), and March 27 (12:30-1:30 pm) at the Noyes Arts Garage (2200 Fairmount Ave, Atlantic City, NJ).

Additionally, join Dr. Chappine's public lectures on March 25 at 11:20 am and 2:10 pm at 鶹ýվ's Main Campus (101 Vera King Farris Dr, Galloway, NJ) in room L-112.

David Goodman is an actor, producer, and filmmaker with a 30-year career spanning commercials, film, television, and an extensive body of work in industrials—also known as corporate videos. He founded his production company, Humanity Pictures, with the mission of challenging perceptions and encouraging audiences to think differently.

Former Senior Historian at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans, Dr. Hinnershitz is currently an assistant professor at the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, and specializes in civil-military relations on the American home front during WWII. Join Dr. Hettie V. Williams as she discusses her book, The Georgia of the North: Black Women and the Civil Rights Movement in New Jersey. Dr. Hettie V. Williams is an Associate Professor in African American History at Monmouth University. She is the author/editor of seven books and several essays, articles, and book chapters.
