Classified Staff

Classified staff are evaluated using the electronic Performance Assessment Review.  The evaluation cycle for all classified employees runs October 1 through September 30 annually.  Detailed information on the ePAR process, timeline, and cycle can be found on the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ ePAR page.

AFT Professionals and Faculty

Unclassifed AFT Professionals and Faculty are evaluated per the AFT contract requirements.

Managers

Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ uses PerformYard as the performance management system for all managers. PerformYard is a platform that offers modern features that will allow Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ to enhance our performance management practices and review processes for managers.
