Every fall, alumni, families and friends are invited to return to Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ to show their Osprey pride and celebrate our version of Homecoming & Family Weekend, called University Weekend. For one fun-filled week, the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ community has the opportunity to participate in many student and alumni events, including spirit and athletic competitions, artistic performances and demonstrations, various alumni reunions and gatherings and the university’s Parade and Street Fair.

All Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ alumni, students, staff, faculty, families, and friends are invited to University Weekend.

Yes! Your family and friends are invited to all University Weekend events, especially Saturday’s Parade and Street Fair and Sunday's Fred Fest!

Space permitting, non-registered walk-up attendees will be able to pay for individual events at the door. However, advanced registration is strongly encouraged. Some events have limited space, and ticketed events may sell out. In addition, registering in advance allows your classmates to know you’re coming back, makes your own planning easier and helps us prepare for your arrival so you can avoid lines at the entrance of each event.Register here.

Dress comfortably, especially for events that involve walking or time outdoors, such as Street Fair and various sporting events. For special awards and recognition events, dress is business attire.

With the exception of thunder and lightning, all University Weekend Events will be held rain or shine.

Absolutely! There are so many ways for Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ alumni to stay connected and make a difference through the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Alumni Association. Whether you're near campus or across the country, there’s a volunteer opportunity that fits your interests and schedule:

• "From One Osprey to Another" Postcard Campaign: Write handwritten notes from home to congratulate newly admitted students and welcome them to the flock.

• Alumni Admissions Ambassadors: Represent Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ at college fairs and events, connect with prospective students, and help recruit the next generation of Ospreys.

• Alumni Social Media Ambassadors: Use your social platforms to help spread the word about events, fundraisers, and opportunities that benefit Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ students and alumni.
