Feb. 16, 2020: GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - Maple Tree Tapping Comes to South Jersey. 

Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Assistant Professor of Environmental Science Aaron Stoler was drilling holes 2 inches deep into red maple trees on campus Monday, installing taps and running tubing into simple plastic buckets.
